Great news! You can start a Youtube channel for free. Also, the only kinda personal info you have to give out is what country you live in and your gender. If you even don't wanna give that out just say for the gender "Other" and for the country you could put the opposite place where you live.
P.S. You have to have a Google account to have a Youtube channel
and I uploaded my music video on my channel (I can't seem to get to my channel without being signed in so I can't put a link)! :(
