A beta tester?

In Jamaa Township a rabbit said he was a "beta tester". On his trade list he had a blue top hat and a black-eyed skull helmet. Heres the picture:

    Well if he has some beta items, ThebetaTester user, and he SAID he was, he probably IS. Lol
